Disney has confirmed Frozen 3 for Thanksgiving week 2027, with Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff returning. There is no official synopsis or MPA rating yet, so this guide covers only what Disney has announced.

Bottom line: Too early for a firm verdict: no synopsis or rating has been announced. Based on the PG-rated earlier films, our provisional call is ages 5 and up, and we will update this page once Disney shares more and the film opens.

Narnia: The Magician's Nephew Watch with kid

Youngest OK: 8+
Best ages: 8–14
Parent reviews: 0

Greta Gerwig's Netflix adaptation of C.S. Lewis's prequel novel opens in theaters and IMAX on February 12, 2027 and streams on Netflix April 2. It is not yet rated, and the book has dark moments for younger readers.

Bottom line: A prestige fantasy based on a dark-edged creation story, still unrated. Our provisional call is ages 8 and up, with a parent along for younger or sensitive kids, and we will update once a rating and the finished film are available.
